CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments changed within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged the full service amount. This allows us to manage our schedule fairly and serve all clients with care.
